This essay raises a series of reflections on the human right of access to information in the digital age and in the face of fake news, a phenomenon which upsets the certainty and veracity that, as logical--necessary presuppositions, underlie said fundamental right. Likewise, and in this context, it reflects on the role of the State, but above all, of the media and journalists, as actors who can influence the construction of useful certainties and a social conscience through a duly and truthfully informed public opinion which can deal with the phenomenon of fake news.
